We charge £0.15 per player, per match to cover our platform services and hosting costs. In addition to this, Stripe charges 1.5% + £0.20 per transaction. We help you factor these fees and your pitch booking costs into the admission price of your matches so you can be sure your costs are covered.

We’ve designed the system so you can easily pass these fees on to your players, meaning you don’t have to worry about how much you need to collect to break even on your booking.

After the match has concluded, we aim to send you the collected funds within 14 days at the latest.

We plan to introduce refund charges for late dropouts, giving players a financial incentive not to cancel at the last minute.

No, you can add yourself or anybody else via the match page without paying, provided you are logged into your account.

No, a player must remove themselves from the match using the drop-out link we sent them when they joined.

If you need to cancel a match for any reason, go to Manage Group, Match Settings and then cancel the match. All players will receive a full refund for the game, minus the original transaction fee.

When setting up or editing a match, select ‘Public’ from the ‘Access’ dropdown. This will make your match pages visible in the matchmaking system.
